Stella

Stella is trying hard to say words or mimic someone. She learned to say her teacher's name, Erica and she'll try to say "all done". She's solid on the word bye, bye, mama, dada and she often starts singing to Erykah Badu or Katy Perry! I found a small potty chair to start getting her comfy to sit on and she does so well. I sit on the toilet and she does the same and we just chat and sing! She doesn't like to be held anymore to go to sleep by me, I think it is because she is weaned ...once done being held and drinking her 5oz bottle before bed, she wants to lay on her tummy either next to me on the couch or in her bed and have her butt patted. Sometimes she will also go to sleep on her own as well. She is a cuddle bug when she wakes up and for the rest of the day, she is a moving machine. I've been having fun with my hair clips in Stella's hair. She sits well and each morning we need another 5-10 mins to do "hair" as I call it. This is so much fun for me!
