Sat my Mom came up to talk to Whole Foods about using their blueberries ...very exciting. She hung out with Stella while I enjoyed some old stomping ground breakfast with Laura and then with berries on the brain, Stella and I joined Jen and DeShaun whom we hadn't seen in WAY too long for some Raspberry picking at a local farm. It was so much fun, Stella's first time but too bad she wasn't ready to eat the berries. Good new is that DeShaun got his full early so he hung out with Stella and took to the big brother role very well! He pushed her all around the berries in her stroller and loved it! We had a gift certificate to My Brother's Crawfish in SE Portland getting ready to expire so we decided to try a new joint out. It was ok, Ron got Chicken & Sausage Gumbo and I got Fried Shrimp but they still had their FACES on them and I wasn't excited about tearing them off. Reminded me of Lousiana! haha Also, forgot to get a pic but my mom's friend gave us this AWESOME backpack contraption that lets Stella sit up high on my back and although I strap her on me in about 100 11 different ways ...she's in good and tight and it is just perfect for hiking or berry picking. My fav part is that it has a sun/rain cover. Gosh - describing it makes me want to go put it on and do a faux pic but she is asleep for the night so that will have to wait :)

Sun morning Ronnie spent some fun couch time with Stella then she got her first swing ride in her new swing with my Mom put up for her on Sat. She LOVED it and we enjoyed just sitting on our back deck having fun. Then it was off to softball for a Sunday double header. Stella awoke from both naps today so I felt as though she was a bit grumpy for her babysitter Alijah at the game till the end when we all took fun pictures. She's always ready to smile for camera! I'm excited to show off my iron on letter skills on Stella's new softball shirt! It says, "Got Softball"! Well, we're relaxing now, looking a pics and getting these blog updated before I work a few hours. Much love!
