4.2.11: 10 weeks and 1 day old

For the second day in the row when Stella began to fuss ...I've been in another room and called out her name to hear her calm down! Show's growth and verbal recognition.

Ron is working all weekend :(

We read that around 10 weeks babies begin to reach out their arms to be picked up....what is funny is about a wk ago Ron said he noticed Stella reaching out to him from her crib/changing table. He's very intune with Stella which continues to surprise me.

I plan to re-visit daycare center and do a real trial run on Monday with Stella including a night before routine. I believe whole heartily in practice, practice, practice.

Our adventure of the day was to stroll around Portland's Sat Market. She was asleep for 1/2 the time and we got caught in a hail storm almost immediately leaving the car. Damn it if I didn't have an umbrella but with the 1st drop, I made way for a tent where flowers were sold. Lady was nice and let us wait it out there. Then 10 mins later, sunshine and warm. Crazy Oregon Spring weather. The plum blossoms are in full bloom along the waterfront and that is where our pics of the day took place.

Random lady at market who had a tiara, pink hair, pink tutu, black tall socks and shoes which I can only describe as "Lady Gaga" type :) I HEART PORTLAND!!!!!!!!
