3.27 Sunday

We hurried to get out of the house and get to church this morning. Stella was a bit fussy in church and I had to stand up in the back and even spend sometime downstairs in the kids area with her as I didn't want to be a distraction. For the 1st time I personally met the Pastor and his First Lady of the church. It was lovely. We sat with Don and he held Stella the entire time we were sitting down. He adores when she is awake and they can play. He thinks her hold is strong and both brothers believe she can tell the difference between them. Stella wore her lil white dress with navy blue ribbon border and navy blue polka-dot bow and wore a lovely white cape coat which Cousins Janet and Fred gave us but again, no pics. So sorry .....

We had a fun social day planned. My friends from our co-ed softball game came over and silly me ...as I write this I realize I didn't take pictures :(  What I will include is a friend of ours Chase whom we play ball with is an avid photographer and she captured Ronnie and mine beginning of our relationship during the 2nd half of our 1st season. At the end of the season, our team stayed at the Oregon Coast for 2 days and here are a few pictures which take us back! We consider ourselves blessed to have expanded our family to include Stella. She is the Shining Star of our union and we cannot believe that we started out playing ball, falling in love and planning a life and daughter together.

Lastly today we had a softball meeting to discuss the future 2011 season. This meeting is where Ron and I met for the 1st time 3 years ago. Especially for our softball meeting, we dress Stella in her special Giants cheerleading outfit which my family got Ron at the baby shower. Our team's colors just so happen to be the same as Giants so she was dressed for the team as well. We waited to take pictures right before night time so forgive the binky picture as she progressively got cranky and wanted to go to sleep and stop being a Giants model.
